2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 273 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2023 and there is recovery of 441.00 litres of illicit liquor from his possession. He further submits that he has clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the recovery of liquor from his possession and also considering the fact that he has no criminal

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Session Judge-II-cum- Special Judge, Excise I, Gopalganj in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 273 of 2023.
