Pathak, learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Patna, giving the detail of the date, when he had started contributing on his part and the Co-operative Bank was also equally responsible to contribute in accordance with the provision of Employees Provident Fund

Patna High Court CWJC No.13301 of 2013(4) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 Act, 1952 to consider the grievance of the petitioner.

If the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner finds that the detail regarding the required contribution on the part of the Co-operative Bank has not been furnished, then in that case, he is bound to call for the records, relating to contribution made in account of the petitioner on behalf of Bank in accordance with the provision of Employees Provident Fund Act, 1952. 4.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

5. Interlocutory Application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
