2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 400 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. Recovery is of 93.400 litres of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71354 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV-cumExclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No.II, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 400 of 2022.

7. The petitioner will visit Mirganj Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
