====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-11-2018 Heard Mr. Abhimanyu Sharma, learned advocate for the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to opposite party by order dated 17.05.2017 passed by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 19234 of 2017. From the perusal of the order, it appears that the opposite party was named in the confessional statement of a co-accused and that he remained in jail since 21.08.2016 (wrongly stated in the order as 21.08.2015).

Apart from this, the Court also took note of the fact that similarly situated other accused persons had been granted bail in that case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38820 of 2018(2) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is reluctant to interfere with the order by which bail has been granted to the opposite party.

The petition is dismissed.
