2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 386 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 319(2), 318(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of impersonating in an examination.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2025. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. During the investigation, no material has come

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj/concerned Court below in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 386 of 2025.
