By order dated 21-10-2019, the petitioner was earlier granted provisional anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case due to petty family dispute. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The specific allegation of assault is against co-accused. The informant is not an eye witness to the alleged occurrence. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case in course of investigation wherein it is suspected that the
