====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 263 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 26, 25(1-B)a of the Arms Act.

3. There is recovery of one country-made pistol along with live cartridges.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2025 and no recovery has been made from his possession.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gaya/ concerned Court below in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 263 of 2025 subject to the condition that:- (i) The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Gaya Muffasil Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
