In the petition, following relief has been prayed by the petitioner:- For issuance of mandamus to the respondents to take appropriate steps, speedy action and corrective measures and further to punish the respondent no.- 5 in view of the fact that the respondent no.- 5 is bent upon harassing the petitioner with all possible means by way of lodging frivolous Criminal cases and even lodging FIR after FIR u/s- 498 (A) despite the direction of Hon'ble Supreme Court in cases of matrimonial dispute and cases u/s-498 (A) of IPC not to harass anyone on
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1769 of 2017(4) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 frivolous complaint rather to serve the notice of appearance in terms of section- 498 (A) of IPC and not to effect arresting again and again for the same cause of action as the same is direct infringement on the liberty and dignity of his citizen. This Court cannot grant injunction and restrain the authorities from registering cases against the petitioner if any offence is committed by the petitioner.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
