Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 13-07-2018 This application has been filed with regard to breach of agreement in between the petitioner and the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation and prayer made is for constituting an Arbitral Tribunal for adjudication of the dispute. It is the common ground and judicial notice can be taken of the fact that in all such cases which are pending, more than 250 in number, the orders passed by this Court have been approved by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, however, with a direction that not more than 10 cases should be allocated to one arbitrator.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the application is
