1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i) To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners and dispose of the representation of the petitioners in the light of the order dated 06.10.2009 passed by the Hon'ble High Court, Patna in CWJC No.6575 of 2009 and its analogous writ applications.

ii) To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to post the petitioners in various D.P. Health Centers in the district in which the petitioners were given joining and were working till they were removed.

iii) To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant posting to the petitioners in IIIrd Grade Post and IVth Grade Post at the Primary Heath Centre.

iv) To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioners on the post they were working and to pay all the consequential benefits after reinstatement of service of the petitioners with

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
