This application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of the order dated 7th September, 2012 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Munger in Cr. Misc. No.4/53 of 2011 arising out of Lakhisarai (Kabaiya O.P.) P.S. Case No.558 of 2009 by which he has rejected the application filed under section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for cancellation of bail granted to opposite party no.2 vide order dated 8.3.2010 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Munger in the aforesaid case.

Having perused the impugned order passed by the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48111 of 2012 (3) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 below, I find no illegality in it. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
