2. Petitioner has questioned selection of respondent no. 8 as Anganwari Sevika for Centre Code No. 384 situate in Ward No. 1 under Bariarpur (South) Panchayat in the district of Muzaffarpur. Petitioner was also an applicant for the said post, as asserted in the writ application.

3. Selection to the post is governed by the guidelines

Patna High Court CWJC No.19376 of 2019(3) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 issued by the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Bihar which provides for grievance redressal. Under the said guidelines, the petitioner has remedy to file a complaint before the District Programme Officer, which she has apparently not done.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner shall have liberty to make appropriate application before the District Programme officer raising the grievance which has been raised in the present writ application. It is made clear that if any such application/ complaint is filed before the District Programme officer within one month from today, the petitioner's application shall not be rejected on the ground of delay in making such application, as she was pursuing her remedy before this Court by filing present writ application.
