In this case, the petitioner is claiming third M.A.C.P. as he has completed 30 years' of service. The petitioner is facing a departmental inquiry and in the order of the Division Bench passed in L.P.A. No.1815 of 2017, direction has been given to conclude the inquiry proceeding within six months from the date of passing of the order.
In such view of the matter, let the petitioner file a
Patna High Court CWJC No.13139 of 2018(2) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 representation before the authority concerned. If such a representation is filed, the same will be considered and dispose of after conclusion of inquiry proceeding.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
