The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No.11 of 2019 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of the fardbeyan of the informant, the present case was instituted against two unknown, boarded on Pulser Mottorcycle, on 11.01.2019. The informant claimed to identify both the miscreants on seeing them again. While the petitioner, in the present case, is in custody since 01.05.2019 but he has not been put on T.I. Parade till date.

No.67389 of 2019(4) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Piro P.S. Case No.11 of 2019.
