JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2018 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction upon respondent Municipal Council, Mokama (Patna) to take appropriate action against the private respondent nos. 3 and 4 as they are constructing their house without getting approval of the map/design of the house from the Municipal Council, Mokama (Patna), which is mandatory under the Bihar Municipal Corporation Act, 2007.

Having regard to the nature of dispute raised by the petitioner, instead of issuing notice to the respondents, the writ
