The petitioners are in custody since 02.08.2019 in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. No. 209 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 452, 341, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main allegation of enmity is between Shailesh Pandit and the informant and not the present petitioners. It is further submitted that though it is alleged that the petitioners had come with Shailesh Pandit and one Nitish Kumar, the said Nitish Kumar has since been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated
