The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondent No.4, D.C.L.R., Kishanganj to dispose of Land Ceiling Case No.72 of 1975-76.
In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the D.C.L.R., Kishanganj to dispose of the Land Ceiling Case No.72
Patna High Court CWJC No.13352 of 2018 (2) dt.18-09-2018 of 1975-76, if pending, as directed by the Collector, Kishanganj in Ceiling Case No.87 of 1988-89 within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
In the meantime, the petitioners may file reply to the notice issued by the S.D.O.(Annexure-3).
