JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-02-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the circular issued by the State of Bihar, Food and Consumer Protection Department, as contained in Memo No. Pra. 08-Misc.-16/2015-1222 dated 08.03.2017 whereby and whereunder a direction has been issued to all the Regional Commissioners/District Magistrates to make roster under the provisions of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 and provision of General Administration Department granting 35% reservation for women which has been allowed vide circular No.2342 dated 15.02.2016 and for issuance of new PDS licence after publishing in newspaper; and for quashing the Press Release No. 01/2017 issued by the Sub-divisional Officer, Danapur.
