2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 350 of 2023 for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is accused of stealing motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 04.04.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M-1st Class, Gaya in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case

6. The petitioner will visit Gaya Muffasil Police Station on the every Sunday. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
