2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria. P.S. Case No. 272 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 309(4) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, two unknown criminals have snatched the motorcycle of the petitioner on gun point. They also took away mobile, ATM card, cash of Rs. 5,000/- and some documents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the FIR and his name has surfaced in the confessional statement of Mahal local chaukidar. Learned counsel further

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner on the ground that the looted motorcycle was recovered from the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the stolen motorcycle was seized from the petitioner and other stolen items were recovered from other co-accused, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
