By order dated 30.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35075/2019, bail was granted to the petitioner directing him to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks. The instant application has been filed praying for modification of the above order dated 30.05.2019 and praying that the said order be modified and the period directing the petitioner to surrender be extended by a further period of four weeks.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67857 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the court is inclined to allow the instant application. The order dated 30.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35075/2019 is modified and the period of six weeks as fixed in the last paragraph of the said order is modified to read as four weeks from today (06.11.2019).

The application stands disposed of.

Let the instant order be communicated to the court below immediately.
