JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Forbesganj P. S. Case No. 474 of 2019, disclosing offence under Sections 498A of IPC. Case is under Section 498A of IPC. Petitioners happens to be the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant. There is allegation of demand and torture. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that nothing has been attributed against them and so far allegation of assault is concerned that is against the husband. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61928 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P. S. Case No. 474 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
