2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on 21.05.2019 at about 10:05 AM, informant got an information on phone from Chowkidar that a dead body of an unknown lady is lying at Dharavi Dam of Amarpura. On getting such information, informant along with police party reached at the place of occurrence but the people assembled there could not identify the dead body. Hence, F.I.R. was lodged against unknown persons.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of application filed by
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69507 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 the mother of the deceased where she raised suspicion against the petitioner. It is further submitted that mother of the deceased is not an eye witness of the occurrence. It is not a case of last seen and nobody has claimed to have seen the petitioner committing the aforesaid crime. Except suspicion there is no other direct or indirect material to show complicity of the petitioner in this case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Gopalganj in connection with Mohammadpur P. S. Case No. 75 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
