13-09-2018 On perusal of the order dated 05.02.2016, it appears that before the learned writ court, the petitioner had raised a grievance as to belated payment of his dues and had been looking for payment of interest thereon, but without going into the said claim the learned writ court permitted the petitioner to raise his grievance in this regard before the appropriate authority of the State Government for consideration and disposal in accordance with law.

Having said so, the learned writ court has not issued any mandamus directing the appropriate authority to do or not to do something. If the authorities are not acting on the grievance raised by the petitioner, it is for him to seek his remedy in accordance with law as the learned writ court has not expressed

Patna High Court MJC No.2333 of 2018 (2) dt.13-09-2018 any opinion on the merit of the case.

This application stands disposed off.
