"That this is an application, praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of "writ of Certiorari" for quashing the office order dated 20.08.2013 bearing memo no. 316 issued by the Managing Director, the Vaishali District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Vaishali at Hajipur whereby and whereunder he directed to initiate "De-novo enquiry"/fresh enquiry by appointing new Enquiry Officer serving the same show cause which was served to the petitioner earlier vide memo no. 531 dated 28.12.2010 in which the petitioner was exonerated by the Enquiry Officer in the departmental proceeding and further praying for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction for commanding the respondents to do not proceed in the De-nevo enquiry/fresh enquiry."
