2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 310(2) & 111 of the B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution in short is that six persons on two Apache bikes entered the shop of the informant and started looting cash and ornaments. It is alleged that various ornaments were looted. FIR was lodged against the unknown miscreants, during course of investigation, Bobi Kumar has given his confessional statement and the name of these petitioners have surfaced in this case.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits some of the looted articles had been recovered. From perusal of the seizure list it transpired that the articles have been recovered from the house of one Ramashankar Chowdhary from cowdung. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said Ramashankar Chowdhary is not related in any way with the petitioners and that the recovery has not been made from their possession. Learned counsel further submits that the similarly situated co-accused person Raushan Kumar whose name has also been surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement of Bobi Kumar has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.099.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68283 of 2025. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, they are languishing in judicial custody since

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Turki P.S. Case No. 101 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 2nd (west), Muzaffarpur.
