Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and opposite party no.2 are leading happy conjugal life. In support of the same he has appended Annexure 5 to the bail petition.

Facts are not disputed by the counsel for the informant.

Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of surrender before the Court below

No.66967 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Mohania Police Station Case No. 11/2018, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
