2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 347 of 2019, Special Case No. 10162/2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 30(d), 34, 36, 44(i) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

3. As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioner is that 30 litres of illicit country made liquor has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and also some utensils used for making liquor and other materials in which the illicit liquor was prepared.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid submission of the parties and also the nature of the offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Hence, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
