2. Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103 (1) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case, informant, namely, Shankar Ram ( Chaukidar) alleged that during patrolling duty, on 30.09.2024, he received information regarding fight between two brother namely Vikash Kumar Singh and Mukesh Kumar Singh near Village Udapatti Brahmansthan in which this petitioner committed murder of his younger brother with a sharp edged weapon . Upon such information , he along with SHO proceeded to the place of occurrence where he found the deceased lying dead and blood was oozing out of his body. Post

4. Considering the materials available on record, post mortem report, nature of accusation, and gravity of offence , prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. However, since petitioner is in custody since 02.10.2024, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, within the period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
