Patna High Court CWJC No.14263 of 2018 (2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 10-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that though the instant writ petition was filed for quashing the notice dated 17.07.2018 whereby and where under the petitioners had been informed to attend the special meeting of Block Panchyat Samiti for consideration of no confidence motion against the petitioners, during pendency of writ petition, the special meeting was already convened on 28.07.2018 and the no confidence motion has been carried out.

In view of the subsequent developments, a prayer has been made to dispose of the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the resolution passed in the special meeting held on 28.07.2018 on amongst others the grounds taken in the instant writ petition by way of filing fresh writ petition. In view of the submission made above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty aforestated.
