JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barauli P. S. Case No. 153 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 341 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioners happen to be sisters-in-law of the informant and having more or less, similar allegation, several co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioners, above named, in the event
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66917 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.
