====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 02.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 21149 of 2022, the petitioner was granted bail with a condition that one of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his father, S.A. Quazi. Learned counsel submits that the father of the petitioner had died much earlier to filing of the bail application and the said fact, inadvertently, could not be recorded in the Cause Title of the bail application. It is thus submitted that the order dated 02.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 21149 of 2022 being modified to read as that "One of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his wife, namely Shazia Kamal" instead of "one of the bailor

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1594 of 2023(5) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 of the petitioner shall be his father, namely S.A. Quazi." In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 02.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 21149 of 2022 is modified to read as that "one of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his wife, namely Shazia Kamal." The order dated 02.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 21149 of 2022 is modified to the extent indicated above. In the event, if the petitioner surrenders on or before 08.02.2023, his bail bonds shall be accepted.
