ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 10.08.2019 in connection with Special Excise Case No.632 of 2019 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No.408 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries of liquor were not from the conscious possession of the petitioners but from the house and in their absence. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having

Case No.408 of 2019.
