2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 261 liters of Nepalese liquor has been recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that he has no concern with the said recovery and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 25.07.2025 and there is no independent witness of seizure list.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-I, Sitamarhi in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 154 of 2025, subject to condition that petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every dated fixed by the trial Court till conclusion of the trial, in case any violation of the condition the trial Court shall cancel his bail bonds.
