====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI and HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the impugned order, dated 30.06.2017, passed by the Learned Single Judge.

On verification of the original application, which has been brought on record by the respondents in the counter affidavit filed in the writ application, we are not satisfied that any proper declaration with regard to the caste status of the appellant was indicated clearly that he belongs to the OBC category and, therefore, under the Prime Minister Employment Generation Plan, he is entitled for 35 per cent of subsidy.

Patna High Court LPA No.1220 of 2017(7) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 There is no infirmity in the order of the Learned Single Judge.

Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
