The Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 231 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 120(B), 216(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1b)a/26 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the name of the petitioner transpired only in the confessional statement of Raja Sahni. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since, 01.06.2017.
