2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(1), 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. 3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence, while informant was returning with his co-villagers, his motorcycle slightly touched body of one Manjeet Ram, then named accused persons came and surrounded both of them. All the accused persons assaulted informant with knife. When the co-villager of the informant tried to save him, he was also assaulted by them. It is further alleged that they took cash of Rs.15,000/- and also snatched gold chain from the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67951 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons and there is no specific allegation of any assault against this petitioner. Petitioner is only member of the mob. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Saran in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
