Earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was rejected by a co-ordinate bench of this Court on 01.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.37893 of 2020. Now, the petitioners have filed this second anticipatory bail application. 3.
The second anticipatory bail application of the petitioners is not maintainable and it is accordingly, dismissed. 4.
However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order
