The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 307, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner have fired on police party.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner along with other co-accused is alleged to have fired. None is said to have been injured. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months in custody from 17.06.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rohit Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Purnea in connection with Barhara P.S. case No.192 of 1996.
