2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner was authorized for collection of electrical energy bill in Panchayat Sahdullahpur. It is alleged that the petitioner received Rs. 6814 from one Deepak Kumar but he deposited only Rs. 30 in the account of the said consumer.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is inordinate delay in lodging the FIR. He submits that the petitioner is ready to deposit Rs. 6784/- in the concerned department. He further submits that petitioner

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 252 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. However, the learned court below shall accept the bail bond of the petitioner after verifying the fact that the petitioner has deposited the aforesaid amount in the concerned department.
