2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no. 02 vide order dated 23.07.2024 passed in ABP No. 513 of 2024 by the 9th Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea in Complaint Case No. 36 of 2020.

3 . I have perused the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party nos. 2 and do not find any error in the said order. Further, the petitioner has not been able to show any good ground to interfere with the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party nos.2.

4. Hence, no ground for cancellation of bail is made out.

5. Accordingly, this cancellation bail application is rejected. However, the concerned Court below is directed to conclude the trial of the case arising out of Complaint Case No. 36 of 2020 within six months from today.
