====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. Allegation against unknown persons was levelled by the informant that three unknown persons, on pistol point, snatched cash of Rs. 40,000/- and fled away. The petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2019, yet he has not been sent for T.I.P.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and has remained in custody since 11.06.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63324 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Katihar, in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019.
