The petitioner was engaged by the Headmaster of the school as Night Guard in terms of Annexure-1. From the materials available on the record, the Court is of the considered view that without any Advertisement and selection process, the petitioner was engaged by the Headmaster of the school as Night Guard in terms of Annexure-1. Since the petitioner has worked as Night Guard, the petitioner is entitled for remuneration, as taking work and denying salary amounts to Begari. However, payment of remuneration for the period, the petitioner has actually worked,

Patna High Court CWJC No.20175 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 will not confer any right of regularization or regular appointment in favour of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction as to payment of remuneration for the period, the petitioner has worked, the writ application stands disposed of.
