Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S.Case No.436 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, petitioner happens to be husband and there is allegation of dowry death against the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the postmortem report itself shows that the deceased died due to jaundice and some of the witnesses during the investigation have also stated that she was suffering from jaundice and she was treated.

No.62183 of 2019(3) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S.Case No.436 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
