The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No.205 of 2022 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
