1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending their arrest in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case no. 72 of 2024 registered under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that hearing sound late in the night, she woke up and saw the two petitioners herein. On hulla being raised by the informant, it is stated that the petitioners escaped. It is further stated that soon thereafter on checking inside her house, she found Rs. 2,000/ and a chain missing. She states that the accused persons have stolen those articles.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. Referring to the address of the informant and the petitioners it is submitted

No.74935 of 2024(2) dt.13-11-2024 2/2 that not only both the petitioners and the informant are resident of the same village but are also neighbours and the cause of false implication is dispute between them. It is further submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioners' possession. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and undertake to cooperate in the case/trial.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioners in the F.I.R, the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and the petitioners not having any criminal antecedent, it is directed that both the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case no. 72 of 2024 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Saran.
