Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the University, submits that the grievance of similar nature, as raised in the present writ application, is being taken up by the University, in the light of the observation made by a Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 1402 of 2017 (Rajeev Ranjan Vs. The J.P. University and others), disposed of on 21.06.2018 and the subsequent order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12195 of 2018 (Sharda Kumari @ Sharda Priyadarshani Vs. Jai Prakash University and others), disposed of on 04.09.2018. In view of the stand taken on behalf of the University,
