No. 1402 of 2017 (Rajeev Ranjan Vs. The J.P. University and others), disposed of on 21.06.2018 and the subsequent order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12195 of 2018 (Sharda Kumari @ Sharda Priyadarshani Vs.
