In view of the limited submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Certificate Officer, Siwan to consider the objection of the petitioner and pass a final order in the ongoing certificate proceedings. It is further directed that till final order is passed by the Certificate Officer, Siwan, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner herein.
