JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed an objection before the Certificate Officer, Siwan, hence the Certificate Officer be directed to adjudicate and pass a final order in the ongoing certificate proceeding after considering the objection of the petitioner herein. In view of the limited submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Certificate Officer, Siwan to consider the objection of the petitioner and pass a final order in the ongoing certificate proceedings. It is further directed that till final order is passed by the Certificate Officer, Siwan, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner herein.
