2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 61(2) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. At the outset, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant have submitted that the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is not maintainable as vide order dated 08.08.2025, proceedings under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has got three criminal antecedents. In this connection, reliance is placed upon recent

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, criminal antecedents of the petitioner, the fact that proceedings under Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. has already been issued and judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Prem Shankar Prasad (supra), the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
