The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 201/2016 dated 10.09.2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 326 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has neither been named in the F.I.R. nor any suspicion has been raised against him. His name has transpired only on the confession of a co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner does not bear any criminal antecedent. For the aforestated reasons, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

No.15984 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 201/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
